Preparation Steps
Prepare the Corned Beef
In a large pot, place the Certified Angus corned beef and cover with beer. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Cook for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the beef is tender. Remove from heat and let it rest before slicing.
Assemble the Reuben
On a slice of marble rye, layer slices of corned beef, a generous portion of sauerkraut, a slice of Swiss cheese, and a drizzle of Thousand Island dressing. Top with another slice of marble rye.
Serve
Cut the sandwich in half and serve hot with hand-cut fries on the side.
