Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ham

Preheat your oven to 160°C (325°F). Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern and insert cloves into the intersections.

  2. 2

    Make the Glaze

In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is well combined.

  3. 3

    Bake the Ham

Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush with the glaze. Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 1 hour.

  4. 4

    Glaze Again

Remove the foil and baste the ham with more glaze. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes until caramelized.

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
