Preparation of Salad Base

Wash and Chop Greens
Thoroughly wash the Romaine lettuce and baby kale. Tear the Romaine into bite-sized pieces and roughly chop the kale. Place both in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons
Add the croutons to the salad bowl with the greens.
Making Caesar Dressing

Prepare Ingredients
Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the anchovy fillets.

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh lemon juice.

Whisk in Olive Oil
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.

Season the Dressing
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Assembling the Salad

Dress the Salad
Pour the Caesar dressing over the salad base. Toss gently to coat all the greens and croutons evenly.

Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley on top for garnish.
