Method

Preparation of Salad Base

  1. 1

    Wash and Chop Greens

Thoroughly wash the Romaine lettuce and baby kale. Tear the Romaine into bite-sized pieces and roughly chop the kale. Place both in a large salad bowl.

  2. 2

    Add Croutons

Add the croutons to the salad bowl with the greens.

Making Caesar Dressing

    Prepare Ingredients

Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the anchovy fillets.

  2. 4

    Combine Dressing Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, chopped anchovy fillets, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and fresh lemon juice.

  3. 5

    Whisk in Olive Oil

Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.

  4. 6

    Season the Dressing

Stir in the Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning as needed.

Assembling the Salad

  1. 7

  2. 8

    Garnish the Salad

Sprinkle additional Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley on top for garnish.
