Preparation of the Dip

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Sauté Spinach
In a skillet over medium heat, wilt the fresh spinach until it is tender, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly, then chop coarsely.

Mix Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.

Add Artichokes and Spinach
Chop the artichoke hearts and add them along with the sautéed spinach to the cream cheese mixture. Stir in the minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until everything is evenly mixed.

Transfer to Baking Dish
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
Serving the Dip

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips and crostini.
