Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground pork, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, chopped basil, grated Parmesan, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.

Cook the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.

Prepare the Tomatoes
While the meatballs are baking, wash the cherry tomatoes and place them in a baking dish.

Season the Tomatoes
Drizzle the tomatoes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.

Roast the Tomatoes
Roast in the same oven as the meatballs for about 15-20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are blistered and juicy.

Toast the Bread
Add the sliced crusty bread to the skillet and toast on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Rub the toasted bread with the cut side of the whole garlic clove for added flavor.
