Prepare the Biscuits

Make the Biscuit Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk until just combined.

Shape and Bake the Biscuits
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently. Roll out to about 1-inch thick. Cut into rounds and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Sauté the Onion
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until soft, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the frozen hash browns, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and golden brown.

In a small non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet, add salt and pepper, and cook to your desired doneness (scrambled, sunny-side-up, etc.).
