Method

For the Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl.

  2. 2

    Season the Wings

Add salt, black pepper, and olive oil to the wings. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Bake the Wings

Spread the seasoned wings out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

For the Buffalo Sauce

  1. 4

    Make the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce, unsalted butter, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Heat over medium-low heat until the butter melts and the sauce is well combined.

  2. 5

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until completely coated.

For the Mango-Habanero Sauce

  1. 6

    Make the Mango-Habanero Sauce

In a bowl, mix together the mango puree, minced habanero peppers, lime juice, and honey until well combined.

  2. 7

    Serve the Wings

For those who prefer a spicier option, set aside some wings and toss them in the mango-habanero sauce.

For the Homemade Ranch Dressing

  1. 8

    Make the Ranch Dressing

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until smooth and creamy.

  2. 9

    Chill the Dressing

Refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
