Mix Marinade
In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, plain yogurt, minced garlic, grated ginger, tandoori spice mix, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the lamb is thoroughly coated with the marinade.

Marinate
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for deeper flavor.

Rest the Meat
Once cooked, remove the lamb from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.

Prepare Tortillas
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

Assemble Wraps
On each tortilla, place a few lettuce leaves. Add a portion of the sliced lamb, followed by cucumber, tomato, red onion, and chopped cilantro.

Add Sauce
Drizzle with mint yogurt sauce, if using.

Wrap and Serve
Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil to keep warm.
