Method

Pulled Pork

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork

Rub the pork shoulder with brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Ensure the pork is well coated with the rub.

  2. 2

    Cook the Pork

Place the pork shoulder in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or until it is tender and easily shredded with a fork.

  3. 3

    Shred the Pork

Once cooked, shred the pork using two forks and mix it with BBQ sauce. Set aside.

Steak Tips

  1. 4

    Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt. Add the steak tips and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 5

    Cook the Steak

Grill the marinated steak tips on medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved.

Dry Rub Chicken

  1. 6

    Prepare the Chicken

Rub olive oil over the chicken pieces and then coat with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.

  2. 7

    Cook the Chicken

Grill or bake the chicken at 400°F (200°C) for about 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

    Prepare Coleslaw

Mix shredded cabbage, carrots, mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and seasonings to taste in a bowl. Refrigerate until serving.
