Prepare the Haddock
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Rinse the haddock fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fillets with salt and black pepper. Place them in a greased baking dish.

Add Lemon Juice and Butter
Drizzle lemon juice over the haddock fillets. Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute them evenly over the fish.

Prepare the Cracker Topping
In a medium bowl, crush the Ritz crackers into fine crumbs. Add dried parsley, garlic powder, and paprika to the crumbs and mix well.

Top the Haddock
Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the seasoned haddock fillets in the baking dish.

Prepare the Green Beans
Trim the ends off the green beans and rinse them under cold water. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.

Cook the Green Beans
Add the green beans to the skillet and season with salt. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

Bake the Haddock
Place the baking dish with the topped haddock in the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
