Method

Mozzarella Bites

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cheese

Cut the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized cubes, about 1 inch in size.

  2. 2

    Breading the Bites

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning and salt. Dip each mozzarella cube first in flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

    Fry the Bites

In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat until hot. Add the breaded mozzarella bites in batches and fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Chicken Wings

  1. 4

    Season the Wings

In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

  2. 5

    Bake the Wings

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the seasoned wings on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes or until crisp, flipping halfway through.

  3. 6

    Coat with Sauce

Once cooked, toss the wings in wing sauce until thoroughly coated.

Pretzels

  1. 7

    Prepare the Pretzel Dough

Roll the pretzel dough into long ropes, about 1/2 inch thick, and shape them into pretzel shapes.

  2. 8

    Boil the Pretzels

In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add baking soda. Carefully add pretzels to the boiling water for about 30 seconds, then remove and place on a baking sheet.

  3. 9

    Bake the Pretzels

Sprinkle coarse salt over the pretzels and bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Fries

  1. 10

    Prep the Potatoes

Peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips or wedges.

  2. 11

    Fry the Potatoes

In a deep frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry the potatoes in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 12

    Season the Fries

Sprinkle with salt immediately after frying while they're still hot.

Dipping Sauces

  1. 13

    Prepare Beer Cheese

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cheese with a splash of beer and whisk until melted and smooth.

  2. 14

    Serve Marinara

Pour the marinara sauce into a serving bowl.
