Marinating Shrimp

Prepare the Shrimp
In a large bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with lemon juice. Ensure all shrimp is well-coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the shrimp to marinate and develop flavor.

Add Clamato
After marinating, drain excess lemon juice and add clamato juice to the shrimp. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare the Toppings
While the shrimp is marinating, dice the avocado and chop the cilantro. Prepare the pico de gallo if not pre-made.

In a large serving bowl, combine the marinated shrimp with diced avocado, pico de gallo, and chopped cilantro. Gently toss to mix.
