Tuna Ceviche

    Prepare the Tuna

    Dice the fresh tuna steak into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

    Mix the Ingredients

    Add lime juice, black soy sauce, chopped serrano pepper, cilantro, and salt to the bowl. Stir gently to combine.

    Marinate

    Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the tuna to slightly 'cook' in the lime juice.

Mahi Mahi Ceviche

    Prepare the Mahi Mahi

    Dice the fresh Mahi Mahi fillet into small cubes and place them in a mixing bowl.

    Add lime juice, chopped serrano pepper, diced red onion, cilantro, and salt to the bowl. Stir gently to combine.
