Omelette Directions

1

Prepare the Ingredients

Chop the Black Forest ham, bell pepper, and onion into small pieces.

2

Whisk the Eggs

In a bowl, crack the cage-free eggs and whisk them until fully combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3

Cook the Omelette

In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil or butter. Pour in the whisked eggs, and let them cook for a minute. Add the diced ham, bell pepper, onion, and cheddar cheese on one half of the omelette. Fold the other half over the filling and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the eggs are set.

Smash Browns Directions

4

Prepare the Smash Browns

In a separate skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the boiled and smashed potato to the skillet.

5

Season and Cook

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip occasionally to ensure even cooking.

Toast Directions

6

Toast the Bread

While the omelette and smash browns are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown.

7

Serve with Toppings

Spread whipped butter on the hot toast and top with house-made preserves.
