Preparation

1

Prepare Brussels Sprouts

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut them in half lengthwise.

2

Cook Bacon

In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside on paper towels to drain.

Cooking

3

Sauté Brussels Sprouts

In the same skillet with the bacon drippings, add the halved Brussels sprouts cut side down. Cook for about 5 minutes until browned, then stir and cook for an additional 5 minutes until tender.

4

Add Ingredients

Once the Brussels sprouts are tender, add the crispy bacon, golden raisins, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

5

Finish with Balsamic Glaze

Drizzle the balsamic glaze over the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly. Allow to cook for another minute to warm through.

Serving

6

Serve

Transfer the crispy Brussels sprouts to a serving platter and enjoy warm.
