Method

Cheese Preparation

1

Slice the Cheeses

Using a cheese knife, slice the Brie, Gorgonzola, Aged Cheddar, and Goat Cheese into wedges or cubes, arranging them on a large serving board.

Fruit Preparation

2

Prepare the Fruits

Wash the grapes and pat them dry. Slice the apples into thin wedges. Rinse the fresh figs and cut them in half, arranging all the fruits around the cheese on the board.

Berry Compote Preparation

3

Make the Berry Compote

In a saucepan, combine the mixed berries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.

Spiced Nuts Preparation

4

Roast the Spiced Nuts

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). In a bowl, combine the mixed nuts, olive oil, paprika, and sea salt. Spread them on a baking tray and roast for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.

Marinated Olives Preparation

5

Marinate the Olives

In a bowl, combine the mixed olives, olive oil, herbs, and crushed garlic cloves. Mix well and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Cacao Brittle Preparation

6

Prepare the Cacao Brittle

Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. Stir in cacao nibs and sugar until well combined. Pour the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray and spread it evenly. Let it cool and harden before breaking into pieces.

Serving

7

Assemble the Cheese Board

On a large serving platter, artistically arrange the cheeses, fruits, spiced nuts, marinated olives, cacao brittle, and crackers. Serve immediately and enjoy!
