    Prepare the Mixture

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground Montana beef and pork. Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, milk, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley. Mix until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

    Shape the Patties

    Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1 inch thick.

    Cook the Patties

    Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
