Prime Rib and Bread
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Prime Rib
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Rub the prime rib roast with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place it in a roasting pan.
- 2
Roast the Meat
Roast the prime rib in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours or until it reaches your desired doneness (135°F for medium-rare). Let it rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
- 3
Prepare the Broth
While the meat is resting, heat the beef broth in a saucepan over medium heat until hot.
- 4
Assemble the Sandwiches
Slice the prime rib thinly. Split the French rolls and pile the sliced meat inside each roll. Serve with hot beef broth for dipping.
