Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Pork
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and chopped fresh rosemary to create a marinade.
- 2
Marinate the Tenderloin
Rub the marinade all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it’s well coated. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes (or up to overnight in the refrigerator for more flavor).

Roast in the Oven
Transfer the seared pork tenderloin to a baking dish. Drizzle with lemon juice, then place in the preheated oven. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Rest and Serve
Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of French fries, cole slaw, or cottage cheese.
