Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- 2
Marinate the Pork Chops
Place the Berkshire pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 4
Grill the Pork Chops
Remove the pork chops from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chops on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- 5
Rest and Serve
Remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This will help retain their juices.
