Pork Chop
Method
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preparation
Pat the Berkshire pork chops dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary.
- 2
Seasoning
Rub the olive oil all over the pork chops. Then, evenly coat the chops with the spice mixture on both sides.
- 3
Cooking
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the pork chops. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and they have a nice golden-brown crust.
- 4
Resting
Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
