Prepare the Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts water and sugar, add blueberries, and bring to a simmer. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool and strain to remove blueberries.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, peach schnapps, fresh lemon juice, and blueberry simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh blueberries and mint leaves on top.
