Cook the Macaroni
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Combine Ingredients
Add the cooked macaroni into the cheese sauce and mix until well combined. Fold in the smoked brisket gently.

Prepare for Baking
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mac and cheese mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with breadcrumbs and drizzle with BBQ sauce.
