Prepare the Wings
Rinse the bone-in chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the cooking oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the wings to the hot oil in batches, frying for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Make sure the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).

Drain the Wings
Remove the wings from the oil and let them drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

Toss in Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the crispy wings with your sauce of choice until evenly coated.

Garnish and Serve
Chop the green onions and sprinkle them over the sauced wings. Serve immediately.
