Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, pour in 2 oz of Ron Zacapa Dark Rum, 0.5 oz of Orange Liqueur, and 0.25 oz of Demerara Syrup.

Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Woodford Reserve Chocolate Bitters to the mixing glass.

Stir Mixture
Using a bar spoon, stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Serving

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.

Garnish
Garnish with a strip of orange peel and a maraschino cherry.
