Prepare the Sushi Rice
Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine rice and water in a rice cooker and cook according to the manufacturer's instructions. Once cooked, let it sit for 10 minutes.

Season the Rice
In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Gently fold this mixture into the cooked rice. Allow the rice to cool to room temperature.

Prepare the Tuna
In a bowl, combine diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

Assemble the Poke Bowl
In a serving bowl, place a generous amount of the seasoned sushi rice. Top with marinated tuna, sliced avocado, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, and radish sprouts.

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for garnish and serve immediately with additional soy sauce on the side if desired.
