Prepare the Mint
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves with agave syrup to release the mint oils.

Mix the Cocktail
Add fresh lime juice and tequila to the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.

Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with lime wedges and a sprig of mint.
