Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Cod

Preheat the grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brush the cod fillets with olive oil and season generously with blackening seasoning.

  2. 2

    Cook the Cod

Place the seasoned cod on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make Lime Créma

In a small bowl, combine sour cream, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

  4. 4

    Warm the Tortillas

Heat the corn or flour tortillas on a skillet for about 30 seconds on each side until warm and pliable.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Tacos

On each tortilla, place a generous amount of cabbage slaw, followed by a piece of blackened cod, a scoop of pico de gallo, and a drizzle of lime créma.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately with your choice of side, such as rice or beans.
