Prepare the Shrimp
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the salt and the juice of half the lemon. Once boiling, add the jumbo shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

Cool the Shrimp
Remove the shrimp from the boiling water and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Let them cool for about 5 minutes.

Serve
Drain the shrimp and arrange them on a serving platter. Serve with cocktail sauce and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
