Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Celtic Ham

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Score the surface of the Celtic ham in a diamond pattern and place it in a roasting pan. Cover loosely with foil and bake for about 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Cook the Banger Sausages

While the ham is baking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the banger sausages and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

  3. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, add the bacon strips and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Combine and Serve

Once the ham is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Slice the ham and serve it alongside the banger sausages and crispy bacon.
