    Make the Bangers

    In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Guinness beer. Mix until well combined. Shape into sausage links.

    Cook the Bangers

    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bangers until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Set aside.

    Sauté the Onions

    In the same skillet, add olive oil and sliced onions. Sauté until caramelized, about 5-7 minutes.

    Toast the Rolls

    Slice the hoagie rolls open and toast them in the oven or on a pan until lightly browned.

    Assemble the Loaded Banger

    Spread a layer of Guinness mustard on the inside of each toasted hoagie roll. Place the banger inside, top with grilled onions and sauerkraut.
