Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Make the Soda Scone
In a large bowl, mix the flour and baking soda together. Gradually add the buttermilk and mix until a dough forms. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently. Shape into a round loaf and cut a cross on top. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Prepare the Hash
In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the diced potato and cook until golden and tender, about 10 minutes. Add the black pudding, white pudding, and diced Celtic ham, cooking until heated through and slightly crispy. Season with salt and pepper.

Cook the Bangers and Vegetables
In another skillet, heat the remaining tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Cook the banger sausages until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Add the grilled mushrooms and tomatoes, cooking until warmed through.
