Prepare the Slaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, and thinly sliced red onion. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to combine. Set aside in the refrigerator to chill.

Make the Crab Cakes
In a large bowl, combine the blue crab meat, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, egg, bread crumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Shape the mixture into patties.

Cook the Crab Cakes
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the crab cakes and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Prepare the Lime Crema
In a small bowl, mix together sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, and salt until smooth.

Assemble the Dish
On a plate, place a generous scoop of the slaw, top with a crab cake, and drizzle with lime crema.
