Make the Croutons
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut rye bread into small cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Prepare the Caesar Dressing
In a blender or food processor, combine garlic, anchovy fillets, egg yolk, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Assemble the Salad
Chop the romaine hearts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl. Add the Caesar dressing and toss to coat the leaves evenly. Top with grated Parmesan cheese and rye croutons. Serve immediately.
