Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

Divide the ground beef into two equal portions (1/3 lb each) and shape them into patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, slice the Tuscan buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer lettuce, a slice of tomato, onion rings, and pickles. Place the cooked beef patty on top, add your choice of cheese, and finish with the top half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
