Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Chill an old-fashioned glass by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Fireweed Cherry Bourbon, house simple syrup, orange blossom water, and Angostura bitters.

Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Dump the ice water from the chilled glass and strain the cocktail mixture into the old-fashioned glass over fresh ice.

Garnish
Express the oils from the fresh orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
