Method

Pizza Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up as well.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Dough

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle. Transfer it to a pizza peel or a baking sheet sprinkled with cornmeal.

  3. 3

    Add the Sauce

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch around the edges.

  4. 4

    Top the Pizza

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then layer on the jalapeños, banana peppers, Italian sausage, and pepperoni slices.

  5. 5

    Drizzle with Hot Honey

Drizzle hot honey over the top of the pizza, adjusting the amount based on your heat preference.

  6. 6

    Bake the Pizza

Carefully slide the pizza onto the hot pizza stone in the oven or place the baking sheet in. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Slice and serve hot!
