Prepare the Cucumber Water
Blend peeled cucumber in a blender with a little water, then strain through a fine mesh sieve to obtain cucumber water.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine Fords Gin, Campari, Cocchi Rosa, cucumber water, and celery bitters.

Stir
Stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Carbonate
Add house carbonated water to the mixture and stir gently to combine.

Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a celery leaf.
