Prepare the Shaker
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice to chill the mixing ingredients.

Pour the Mount Gay Black Rum, Laddie Classic Scotch, Crème de Pêche, fresh lemon juice, and honey syrup into the shaker.

Add 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters to the shaker.

Shake the mixture well for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
