Mixing the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine all the ingredients: Clément Coconut, Clément Agricole Blanc, Wray & Nephew, Crème de Framboise, House Coconut Cream, Mixed Berry Syrup, Acidified Pineapple Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Angostura Bitters, and Bittermens Tiki Bitters.
Shaking
Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosty, about 15-20 seconds.
Straining
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnishing
Garnish with a few mixed berries or a slice of pineapple, if desired.
