Chikin Fried Chikin

Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Dip each piece in buttermilk, then dredge in flour, pressing to coat.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

In a saucepan, melt butter, then stir in flour to create a roux. Gradually add chicken broth, whisking until smooth. Simmer until thickened.

Trim the ends of the green beans and boil in salted water until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and toss with butter, salt, and pepper.
