Prepare the Ingredients
Grate the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, and set aside. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes for easier melting.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, add the cream cheese. Stir until it begins to melt.

Once the cream cheese is melted, gradually add the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, stirring continuously until all the cheese is melted and combined.

Add the can of diced tomatoes with green chilies (drained), garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed and heated through.
