Combine Ingredients
In a blender, add the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice.

Blend
Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, usually about 30-45 seconds.

Prepare Glass
Take a chilled glass (preferably a hurricane glass) and pour the blended mixture into it.

Add Garnish
Place the pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass, add the maraschino cherry on top, and sprinkle shredded coconut over the drink.
