    Prepare the Croutons

    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the brioche bread into small cubes. In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.

    Prepare the Salad

    Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl. Add the Caesar dressing and toss to coat the lettuce evenly.
