Prepare the Croutons
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the brioche bread into small cubes. In a bowl, toss the bread cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated. Spread the cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Prepare the Salad
Wash and dry the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl. Add the Caesar dressing and toss to coat the lettuce evenly.

Assemble the Salad
Once the croutons are ready, add them to the salad along with the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss gently to combine.

Divide the salad among serving plates and serve immediately. Optionally, you can add grilled chicken or salmon fillet on top for an additional cost.
