Prepare the Tea Base
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried lemongrass and green tea bags. Let steep for 5-7 minutes.

Add Sweetness
After steeping, remove the tea bags and strain the lemongrass. Stir in honey or agave syrup until dissolved. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature.

Blend with Peaches
In a blender, combine the cooled tea and peach slices. Blend until smooth. For a thicker consistency, you can add more peach slices.

Serve
Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the peach lemongrass tea over the ice. Garnish with additional peach slices or a sprig of mint if desired.
