Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Fruit
In a small saucepan, combine the seasonal fruit with a splash of water and a tablespoon of sugar. Heat over low heat, stirring gently until the fruit softens and releases its juices, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2
Warm the Brie
Cut the Snow Camp Brie into wedges and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is warm and slightly melted.
- 3
Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, toss the local greens with the cherry tomatoes and spiced pecans. Drizzle with champagne vinaigrette and toss gently to combine.
- 4
Serve
To serve, plate the salad mixture and top with warm macerated fruit and the warm Brie wedges. Enjoy immediately.
