Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Turkey

In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Rub the mixture all over the turkey breast.

  2. 2

    Smoke the Turkey

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the seasoned turkey breast in the smoker and smoke for about 3-4 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  3. 3

    Make Cranberry Mayo

In a small bowl, combine cranberry sauce and mayonnaise. Mix well and set aside.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Sandwich

Once the turkey is smoked and rested, slice it thinly. On a slice of multigrain bread, layer smoked turkey, warm brie cheese, a spread of cranberry mayo, and a handful of baby arugula. Top with another slice of bread.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your smoked turkey sandwich!
