Fish and Marinade
Method
Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Marinate the Fish
In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Whisk together until well mixed. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 2
Preheat the Grill or Oven
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 3
Cook the Fish
Remove the fish from the marinade and place it on the grill or a baking sheet in the oven. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- 4
Serve
Remove the fish from the grill or oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with additional lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
