Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Balsamic Glaze

In a saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer. Cook until the mixture is reduced by half and has thickened, about 10-15 minutes. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Season the Salmon

Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets and season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. 4

    Glaze the Salmon

During the last minute of cooking, brush the balsamic glaze over the salmon fillets to coat them. Remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley and additional balsamic glaze if desired. Serve immediately.
