Preparation Directions

1

Make the Dough

In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. Add melted butter, eggs, salt, and cinnamon. Mix in flour gradually until a dough forms.

2

Knead and Rise

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

3

Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter until well combined.

4

Roll and Fill

Roll dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly, and roll tightly. Cut into 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking dish.

5

Second Rise

Cover and let rolls rise for another 30 minutes.

6

Bake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

7

Prepare the Icing

In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

8

Serve

Drizzle the icing over warm rolls and top with mixed berries and chopped pistachios.
